Baba Rafi was discovered by Parker Ong, through the website, a company name
Wardour & Oxford, a business development agency working with companies in
Europe, Asia Pacific & America to solve business challenges BIG &
SMALL. Wempy Dyocta Koto, Managing Partner of W&O, an Indonesian base in
London who introduced Parker to Hendy Setiono, owner of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi.
